Steps to reproduce:

  1. File
  2. open
  3. Calendar File
  4. Open the attached ics

Using Thunderbird 102.3.0 on debian stable

Actual results:

Thunderbird freezes with high CPU usage

This ics file was created exporting my Nextcloud calendar using it's the web interface.
However, Thunderbird was connected to this calendar using CalDAV and it froze the same way it does with the exported ics file as soon as it started, even with no internet connection. Removing every calendar appointments on Nextcloud and my Thunderbird profile was the only solution I found to open Thunderbird with no issue.

The email address was replaced with "omissis@omissis.it", return and spaces in lines 156 and 157 were already present, so I left them, but manually removing them does not make any differences

Expected results:

Thunderbird shows my calendar and does not freeze
