Originally reported in the Focus repo, but it also affects Fenix.
The proposal would be to show confirmation snackbars only below Android 13. This change should be validated by UX / Product ?!

Hi,
Couldn't this be closed as a duplicate of #1802247?
Since the product was changed to Fenix on that ticket as well, and it covers the exact same issue.
