Steps to reproduce
- Log in to Pixiv.com
- Open an image in a new tab.
- Save the image using the Save as option.
- Save the image again by dragging the image to the downloads panel.
Expected result
- The saved image in step 4 should be opened without issues.
Actual result
- After step 4, the image is saved but it cannot be opened (unsupported file format). Examining the image file with a text editor reveals that it is in fact the website's 403 page.
Regression range
This is not a regression since I can reproduce it in Fx70 as well.
Additional notes
- I cannot reproduce the issue using a random image from google.

We appreciate your report. I was able to reproduce the issue.
Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Release 109.0 (64-bit)/ Firefox Nightly 111.0a1 (2023-01-19) (64-bit)
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
Notes:
- Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
- Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
