I'm going to mirror this bug report from the support forum. (https://support.mozilla.org/tr/questions/1393603)

The user reports that the letter "i" is missing from certain websites that use the font Arial on his M1 Mac. Given examples were google.com, yandex.com.tr and bing.com. (See the screenshot attached.)

Ha has noticed that changing Google's UI language from Turkish to English fixes the problem.

Restarting in troubleshooting mode or trying out Nightly does not fix the problem.

Since nightly and release are affected, beta will likely be affected too.

This is probably caused by an incompatible version of Arial being installed locally (in the user's ~/Library/Fonts folder, or maybe through some kind of font manager utility) and interfering with the standard version in /System/Library/Fonts.

Indeed, turns out this was the case.
