Add a hierarchical menu 'Go - Latest Closed Pages' to be able to go back very
easily to the 10? latest closed items.
This will avoid to have to deal with the huge history panel when a window or a
tab has been closed by accident.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
I think my proposal should follow AHIG.

The File Menu
Open Recent: The Open command should be followed by Open Recent, so people can
open recently opened documents without using the Open dialog. The Open Recent
submenu displays documents in the order in which they were opened, with the most
recent item at the top.

That means the "Go - Latest.." should be "File - Open Recent >" instead.
Bug 181245 will implement the menu item needed. This bug is about the backend.

Renaming to avoid confusion, was "Go menu - Latest Closed Pages hierarchical menu".
Summary: Go menu - Latest Closed Pages hierarchical menu → File - Open Recents and Last Session.
From my duplicate bug report (Bug 187848), I also had a request for recent Web
locations in the same place:

> An "open recent locations" would also be handy in the same place, so these can
be quickly accessed without opening the drawer, clicking on the tab, and opening
a folder for the day. Just list the most recent 12 (or whatever the number)
locations.
