[LINUX] No 1440p/4K streams available for live youtube streaming

Steps to reproduce:
On my 1080p device using the official Firefox release under Fedora 36 I don't get any streaming options above 1080p. In Google Chrome all the resolutions are available.

This is reproducible with media.ffmpeg.vaapi.enabled=true
.
As soon as you disable/reset this option, higher quality streams become available.
