Do you have any custom shortcuts set in system preferences?

I have Launchpad assigned to F4, which is the same as the Launchpad icon on my Logitech MX Keys(and most standard Mac keyboards from the last decade I'd say).

What is the shortcut that is shown next to Web Developer Tools under Tools > Browser Tools > Web Developer Tools?

Hmm, strange. And can you confirm that those web developer tools are the same that open at random times when pressing F4?

I am going to try and figure just what scenarios it occurs. It seems to be when my computer has been sitting for awhile, but not asleep. It's happened a couple times in the last day, but none of the times when I was monitoring all the variables as to why it might be happening.
