In this pre-MR ticket we have removed the Skip this step button on the Get Started screen as redundant, following foxfooding feedback.
However, the funnel that starts with the Get started screen has the lowest level of progression to the second screen.
This might be an indication that users might not like being “locked down” to one primary action, and the Get started screen might perform better if we re-introduced the "skip this step” button both to about:welcome and spotlight modal.

[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: This can be fixed by directly reverting the commit for bug 1790127. For users who haven't seen the Fx106 upgrade spotlight, we can potentially get a lot more users seeing more of the upgrade onboarding flow instead of exiting the flow completely.
