Details

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Visit https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/select .
  2. Choose a pet in the "Try it" section.
  3. Right click on the tab bar and select Duplicate Tab.

Expected:
3) The pet is reserved.

Actual:
3) The pet select tab is restored to the default state.

This behavior happens on some but not all web pages. I don't know how to characterize which pages exhibit this behavior.
