Steps to reproduce:

I opened the form for buying state bonds, provided by the Fiscal Authority here (https://www.mfinante.gov.ro/static/10/Mfp/trezorerie/36_Cerere_de_deschidere_cont_de_subscriere_2022_07_14_A1.0.08.pdf). I then tried to fill it, but couldn't open the county (judet) drop-down menu (or any other of the drop down menus).

Actual results:

The drop-down didn't open.

Expected results:

The drop-down opened and showed the counties (eg Bucuresti, Alba, Iasi etc.), and allowed me to select one.
