Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:106.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/106.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Add the U.S. Holidays calendar for 2022 by linking to the calendar at https://www.thunderbird.net/media/caldata/USHolidays.ics
- Note that the U.S. Election day is shown on November 1, 2022.
- Open the event and note that the "Repeat" description reads, "Occurs the first Tuesday of every November effective 11/2/21 for 10 times."
Actual results:
For the year 2022, Election Day is shown on November 1.
Expected results:
In 2022, the U.S. Election Day actually occurs on November 8.
The correct repeat pattern is that it occurs the first Tuesday after the first Monday of every November.
Admittedly, a very minor bug.

I forgot to add that this is similar to a very old bug at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=526073.
