Here's a profile with power tracks https://share.firefox.dev/3sB09Oa captured on Windows 11 22H2 using an AMD 5800u CPU.

The raw track names are:

RAPL_Package0_Core12_CORE
RAPL_Package0_Core0_CORE
RAPL_Package0_Core2_CORE
RAPL_Package0_Core6_CORE
RAPL_Package0_Core8_CORE
RAPL_Package0_Core4_CORE
RAPL_Package0_PKG
RAPL_Package0_Core10_CORE
RAPL_Package0_Core14_CORE

Only "RAPL_Package0_PKG" gets prettified by the code from bug 1778315.

We should probably change the "RAPL_Package0_CoreN_CORE" names to "Power: CPU Core N".
