Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click on File, or Edit, or whatever with the mouse. 2. Wait one second. 3. Click again. Actual Results: The menu remains open. Expected Results: The menu should close again.

I'm seeing this in Mozilla 2002111104 with Glightspeed theme... don't think this is Phoenix specific.

I do NOT see this bug in Mozilla 2002111211, using the Classic theme. I DO see this problem in Phoenix 20021112. So if this is a dupe of 179567, then bug 179567 WFM.
