When looking at the CircleCI output from a push to mots with a bad tag, I noticed a warning about mots using deprecated CircleCI convenience images. We should move mots to the next-gen convenience images, which is a very simple change. See https://discuss.circleci.com/t/legacy-convenience-image-deprecation/41034 for more.
Patch incoming.
