RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 1797703

Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:108.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/108.0

Steps to reproduce:

Go to https://www.opb.org/ and scroll page. The bar that appears on the bottom of that window ("Streaming now" with the show name) will scroll with the page instead of being anchored to the bottom of the window.

To see this really malfunctioning, drill into the "TV & Radio Schedules" (very close to the bottom of the web page), to page https://www.opb.org/schedules/ and scroll the web page. ...

Actual results:

The "streaming now" bar scrolls with the web page, blocking part of the content on the page (on the TV & Radio Schedules pages, blocking part of the schedule).

Expected results:

The "Streaming now" bar should be fixed at the bottom of the window so scrolling the web page will bring the rest of the page into view above the "Streaming Now" bar.
