Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:106.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/106.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Open new tab in Firefox.
- Navigate to any website (ei www.firefox.com)
- Book marks bar should hide itself
Actual results:
- Open new tab in firefox.
2.(INFO) Bookmarks bar is shown. - Navigate to www.firefox.com
- (INFO) Booksmarks bar stays below the navigation panel.
- bookmarks bar never hides itself.
Expected results:
the bookmarks section wont hide when ever i navigate to different websites than the starting tab there are no settings for hiding it within the settings and firefox sync dosen't synchronize it.
Be aware this feature works on Windows. but not on Linux Arch KDE Plasma.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Bookmarks & History' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

If you right-click on the Bookmarks Toolbar what option is selected for the Bookmarks Toolbar?
Because if the "Always Show" option is selected, then this is normal behaviour.
This is an issue only if the "Only Show on New Tab" option is selected.
the settings were located a counter intuitive location with no reference back to where those settings could be set.
I were only aware of the "settings" location. there are no references to how to edit the tool bar from there.
