179815 - fullscreen: WM titlebar still visible (possible regression)

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021111 Phoenix/0.4

with both new and old profiles on a Debian 3.0 box running KDE 2.2.2 as the
window manager (WM). When pressing F11 to go to fullscreen mode KDE's titlebar
is still visible, whereas before (0.4 final and earlier) it went to a true
fullscreen. By all reports this seems to be Linux-only right now, although I
would like to have a Red Hat or other non-Debian Linux user confirm this as well.

Does this occur in the latest Mozilla nightly too?

Oops. Yes, it's a Mozilla problem. Phoenix is having so many fullscreen problems
of its own that I thought this was just another one. I've even found a dupe for
it, bug 179043
