Download the DMG file from the link https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/candidates/102.4.2-candidates/build2/

Run the DMG file.
Actual results:
Error message is displayed
Expected results:
The user should have been able to install Thunderbird using the DMG file.

Hello Atul, the download of your .dmg file was incomplete. The full file has more than 100 MB (118 for German which I'm looking at), but yours has only 6.3 MB as your screenshot shows. Just download again, and things will be fine!
