Regardless of install options, setup.exe will always crash as soon as it starts 
to install files.


 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run the install program
2.Select any install options
3.

Actual Results:  
"setup has encountered a problem and needs to close"
error as described.

 ModVer: 1.31.0.1709    Offset: 00001157
