1798857 - Rewinding after playing from PiP on CNN freezes the video

Steps to reproduce

1. Reach cnn.com/videos
2. Watch a couple of videos until an Ad is played.
3. Wait for the Ad to finish and open the video in Pip.
4. Rewind all the way back using the left arrow key.

Expected result

• After rewinding the video should start from the beginning.

Actual result

• The video freezes and on the main video player, the rewinding seems to be done all the way back to the Ad. The video won't start from that point unless refreshing the page. For more details, please see the screen recording

Regression range

• This is not a recent regression, I'll investigate more as soon as possible.

As mentioned in the Description, this issue is not a regression, I've been able to reproduce it ever since the left arrow key to rewind was introduced in Firefox 75.0a1.

Same issue occurs also when rewinding the video by clicking on the seeking bar in the Pip window while the video is played back.
This was tested using the latest Nightly 113.0a1 version on macOS 13.
