When constructing a VideoFrame from the buffer data, the VideoColorPrimaries passed to CreateYUVImageFromBuffer via CreateVideoFrameFromBuffer in VideoFrame's Constructors should be set to PlanarYCbCrData's mColorPrimaries.

VideoColorPrimaries passed through VideoFrame's Constructor should be
