There is Storage documentation at https://github.com/mdn/archived-content/blob/main/files/en-us/mozilla/tech/xpcom/storage/index.html was never ported to Source Docs, some of it may be obsolete, but for the most part it should be ok.
We should likely put more focus on Sqlite.jsm for js consumers.

Also update the mots info about Sqlite 3 position in the codebase and document link
