Steps to reproduce:

sent an email to gmail accounts

Actual results:

email never received by gmail recipients

Expected results:

email should have been received by gmail recipients

  • Sending from TB via POP or IMAP?
  • Happens with ≡ > Help > Troubleshoot Mode…?

I understand that you have been sending messages using Thunderbird, and the recipients had a gmail address and claimed not having received it.
Unfortunately, there is nothing in your report which suggests that this could be a bug in Thunderbird.
I am receiving messages on my gmail accounts (in Thunderbird on Win10) every day and it's impossible that this is generally broken.
So it must be something else in your case, but most probably not a bug in Thunderbird.
