Thunderbird today implements a mixed security model. In some aspects, Thunderbird is very strict already, e.g. it blocks remote contents in received messages by default, to avoid tracking.

However, there are other aspects where full message styling is preferred, despite some risks associated with that.

It might be useful for users to have an easy way to switch all security relevant Thunderbird prefs to the most secure setting, thereby opting in to the consequences of those settings (e.g. less pretty message display).

The suggestion here is:

Implement such a pref, and collect a list of existing prefs and their suggested values for a hardened mode.
