In Bug 1174100, we attempt to read the eTag information from cache entries, however this is not exposed anywhere in our codebase.

Har format expects eTag to be provided, see at https://w3c.github.io/web-performance/specs/HAR/Overview.html so we should ideally provide it, but for now it's not available from https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/netwerk/cache2/nsICacheEntry.idl
