Steps to reproduce:
Opened Firefox
Actual results:
In non-troubleshoot mode, my Firefox browser's top right buttons are all faded out and do not look consistent with the rest of the browser. I am not running any skins or extensions.
Expected results:
Top-right buttons should look normal

Attached now, the upper buttons are always faded out. They only become 'bold' or normal looking when Firefox runs in TroubleShoot mode.
