Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 108.0a1 (2022-11-10) (64-bit)

Preconditions:
ETP set to STRICT
Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to: https://globe.adsbexchange.com/
  2. Observe the result.

Expected Behavior:
The cookie policy pop-up is present

Actual Behavior:
The cookie policy pop-up is not present

Notes:

  • Not reproducible with ETP set to STANDARD.
  • Reproducible in PRIVATE Mode as well.
  • Screenshot is attached.
