User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:106.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/106.0
Steps to reproduce:
Using Logitech MX Master 3 Mouse via RF USB adapter, and the latest version of Logich Logi Options+ (1.28.542).
With the latest version of Firefox.
Pressing the forward or back buttons on my mouse will either do nothing, or on select webpages, the Back button mimics pressing the PageDown key.
Restarting windows has fixed this problem once, but does not fix it consistently.
Actual results:
On Wikipedia & News.Google.com:
The Forward button is completely unresponsive, but the Back button scrolls the webpage down by the same amount that pressing PgDn does; mimicing pressing the Page down key.
On Youtube, Gmail, Twitch.tv:
Forward and Back buttons are completely unresponsive, and do not return to the previous page.
Using Alt+Left or Alt+Right Arrow keys:
Works as expected.
Using other browsers (Chrome or Edge):
Mouse buttons work as expected
Expected results:
Forward and Back mouse buttons go one page forward, or one page back.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::DOM: Navigation' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
