browser_test_spelling.js is unreliable, need to figure out what parts of our spell checker is causing this.

Since there are no known solution at this time and the bug is an S3, reprioritizing it as P2

Priority: P1 → P2

I'm going to go a step further and downgrade this to p3/s4. This is test only and we don't have an immediate solution, so we're not likely to fix this for the next release or even the release after that.
