I'm migrating this from the Turkish support forum (https://support.mozilla.org/tr/questions/1396653).

The user reports that he has a 100Mbps connection and connected to the router via 5Ghz WiFi.

When using Firefox, his connection speed is stable for around 5 seconds and than drops to around 1Mbps for another 5 seconds. Connections is completely stable when using Edge.

He has noticed that this only happens when locations permissions are enabled, and it's resolved after disabling location permissions. I've attached some screenshots visualising this on nperf.com speed test and Windows task manager.

He has tried refreshing Firefox, troubleshooting mode, disabling his antivirus, flushing DNS cache, installing Nightly and even reinstalling Windows.

I'm not able to reproduce the problem, trying https://www.nperf.com/en/, with and without the location permissions given.
Not that the location is only requested once -- but the site uses it to select the server to download from / upload to.

This should have been fixed by bug 1810421.

Can you see if this is resolved by bug 1810421? The fix is in 115, so it's current.

This was a user-submitted issue. I wasn't able to reproduce it at that time so I'm afraid I can't confirm if it's fixed.
