This test currently fails for me when run locally, crashing due to an attempted connection to mozilla.org. This is also apparently happening after bug 1798986 though it's unclear why it wasn't failing before.
We can start a http server in the test so that it doesn't attempt a non-local connection, even if the request ends up being ignored.
