General settings > Language & Appearance > Fonts & Colors > "Advanced..." button > Fonts & Encoding > "Size" drop downs

Once the "Advanced..." button is pressed the "Fonts & Encoding" pop up appears. Both "size" drop downs appear to be full of empty options .

Yes, I'm also seeing this, already broken on 108.0.a1 on macOS Monterey 12.6. Nothing in error console.
Still working on 102.4.2 (64 bit). Maybe something from comm-central?
Alice, would you be able to find the regression range?

Does this happen if you use -moz-box-layout: flex on the relevant dialog?

Awesome! Thanks to Alice who, following my ping here, also filed the equivalent Firefox bug 1800828 and found regression suspect bug 1779695.
