Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  In security prefs, enable leaving encrypted page warnings.
2.  Go to an encrypted page, click to link to an unencrypted page.


Actual Results:  
Page warning not completed.. end of text truncated at window's edge.

Expected Results:  
Line wrapped text.
