1 Open a tab
2 Click click on it
Actual results:
"Mute tab" context menu entry is on the list and is wrongly localized (English and French are set as browser languages, English is primary but somehow "Mute tab" is written in french.
Expected results
No "Mute tab" entry if the tab does not play a sound
