Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 109.0a1 (2022-11-15) (64-bit)

Preconditions:
ETP set to STRICT
Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://learn.cantrill.io/courses/aws-certified-solutions-architect-associate-saa-c03/lectures/41301640
2. Observe the result.

Expected Behavior:
The video player loads.

Actual Behavior:
The video player does not load.

Notes:

• Not reproducible with ETP set to STANDARD.
• Reproducible in PRIVATE Mode as well.
• Screenshot is attached.

They are hosting the video on Hotmart's domain, https://player.hotmart.com/embed/, which is classified as a tracker. The best we could do here is probably let the user opt into only allowing that tracked content.
