18011 - Mozilla reliably crashes under reproducable circumstances

When performing a query, mozilla reliably crashes during the submit process.
It does not crash when loading the generated URL (generated URL gotten from
Netscape 4.7), so it seems to be aubmission problem. Happens reliably
when Mozilla is started from the shell script, but never happens when
I set LD_LIBRARY_PATH and MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME and start mozilla as ./apprunner
I would send a stack trace, but unfortunately that's difficult because it only
fails when started from the shell script. Reproducibility is 100%

I tried with mozilla.exe on WINNT with a Nov 3, 1999, 10:00am build and it
works.

Eric, does this sound like an existing form submssion problem?

Eric, Looking at your buglist it looks like it's probably a dup of 17431.

Yup, it's a dup.  I'm just waiting on approval to check in my fix for this.
