• Firefox Nightly 109.0a1 (Build ID: 20221117214129)

[Affected Platforms]:

• Windows 10 x64
• Windows 11 x64

[Prerequisites]:

• Have the latest version of Firefox Nightly installed and opened.
• Have the “nimbus.debug” pref set to “true” value on the “about:config” page.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Force enroll in the Treatment A branch of the experiment using the following link: about:studies?optin_slug=onboarding-welcome-video-experiment&optin_branch=treatment-a&optin_collection=nimbus-preview
2. Restart the browser and navigate to the “about:welcome” page.
3. Hover the “Play”, “Mute”, and “Fullscreen” buttons.
4. Observe what happens.

[Expected result]:

• The “Play”, “Mute”, and “Fullscreen” tooltips are displayed.

[Actual result]:

• No tooltips are displayed.

Why is showing tooltips for video controls the expected result? To my knowledge html5 video player default controls don't have tooltips.
