As announced on dev-platform, module ownership information is transitioning out of wiki.m.o info repositories via a mots.yaml file.
There are some automation infrastructure changes underway (specifically, Lando) that will use mots.yaml. comm-central will need a mots.yaml file by the end of the year (2022).
A result of having mots.yaml being the authority on module ownership is that the human-readable version will be part of Thunderbird's developer documentation under /docs.

(Mostly) as rendered for Thunderbird Docs.
Data was copied from wiki.m.o over the last couple of weeks. I tried to resist the urge to "fix" data . The goal with this initial patch is to get the existing info into mots.yaml and then as changes are required, the Council or module owners can authorize and/or make the changes.
