Closing this inclusion request based on email received today -
We’re not currently looking for any Root Store Inclusion for the related SubCA. In fact, these two SubCAs are going to be revoked and decommissioned. So, the request inclusion in CCADB Root Store (and Mozilla one) can be dismissed.
