mothra needs an rsynced mirror of the CVS repository to improve the performance of an upcoming Bugzilla feature that allows users to do diffs between a patch in Bugzilla and the version in the repository.

heh. This seems to have fixed itself when the servers moved to the Mozilla Foundation. Bugzilla and cvs-mirror are running on the same machine now, and said feature is already live.
