When Internal Explorer or EdgeHTML Edge is selected in the new migrator, refer to "Favorites" instead of "Bookmarks" in the resources list

Internet Explorer and EdgeHTML Edge used the term "Favorites" rather than "Bookmarks". We should try to preserve that terminology in the migrator if these are the browsers that people are migrating from.
We already do this for the existing XUL migration dialog. This bug is to make sure we also do this for our new dialog.

Hopefully we can remove this variation once we stop supporting migration from
Internet Explorer and legacy Edge.
