VideoFrameMetadata has been introduced in VideoFrame by https://github.com/w3c/webcodecs/pull/559 but its members are still in discussion: https://w3c.github.io/webcodecs/video_frame_metadata_registry.html#videoframemetadata-members. We should implement them when they are ready
