I know that the idea is the name on the left is who set a flag, it's really
confusing to see 'neil' near review. if the entire line was italicized then it
might be ok that neil is on the left of review. my brain seems to read it as:

_neil: <marked> review_ <other ignored stuff>

In fact, given that someone treated timeless: review- has r=timeless, i'd say
it's safe to say that many people don't parse it the way it was intended.

instead of 'neil:' <asked for> 'review? (sitodit)'

I think bug 179876 is the solution for this.
