Embed YouTube Videos Won't Play

Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:107.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/107.0
Steps to reproduce:
Click the play button on any embed Youtube video on any website.
Actual results:
Loading circle appears, after about 10 seconds the error appears: "An error occurred. Please try again later. (Playback ID:...)". I put dots where the playback id is because it changes each time and is irrelevant to this issue. For further clarification, I restarted Firefox in Safe Mode with all addons disabled and even Refreshed Firefox and this issue still occurs.
Expected results:
Video should play normally. All videos play normally on YouTube.com, just not as an embed video.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Audio/Video: Playback' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Can you point us to a test case where this reproduces?

Found the root of the issue. For some odd reason, if you are logged into multiple (more than 2) Gmail accounts, this issue happens. Doesn't happen on Chrome.
I just simply signed out of all of my gmail accounts and boom, embed video works now.

I'm able to duplicate this exact issue. However you don't need to be logged into multiple Google accounts, just need to be logged into a single Google account.
For testing purposes here's an embedded YouTube video.

The following is all default:
Firefox -> Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> Browser Privacy
If I'm not logged into Google, the embedded video plays fine. If I'm logged into Google, the embedded video does the "Loading circle" and eventually shows and "An error has occurred" message.

Agreed. Same issue for me as well.

I forgot to mention that the site which I linked also has AdSense, which also has to be present along with the embedded YouTube to fail. So to recap, three things come together to have this failure:
embedded YouTube video
logged into Google
Google AdSense advertising showing on same page as embedded YouTube video
