In our dashboards, we see ~42ms regression to cold start in both MAIN and VIEW:
The regression starts around 11/3 and continues upward on 11/4 and 11/5. It peaks just afterwards, stabilizing to the 11/4 measurements.

Jonathan, do we still care about this bug about a 42 ms Focus startup time regression from 2021? The discussion in https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/focus-android/issues/5876 turned from the startup time regression to how Nimbus is initialized, so maybe this bug is more than just a startup time regression?
