I would like access to create Webhooks for the Bugzilla product.

Per dkl on Matrix, this should be allowable, however it's currently restricted to the mozilla-employee-confidential group, and I'm not an employee.

He asked that I file a bug to get a new group created for webhook access, then make it inherit mozilla-employee-confidential to restore the previous access. I could then be added to the webhook access group.

This should be set up now. You can access it at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=webhooks
