(1 obsolete file)
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:107.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/107.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Start a download
- Click on the item in the downloads panel
Actual results:
It displays "Open when completed" when the user already clicked the item.
Expected results:
It should display "Cancel open when completed" or something. So the user knows that clicking again will not open the download when completed.

When we hover over a downloading file it shows "Open when Completed".. When we move the mouse cursor away it will show Time left until completed.
If we click the downloading file it still shows the Open when completed on Hover but when we move the mouse cursor away it will show the "Opening in ".. state.
When we click the file again the "Opening in.." state changes back to Time left until the file completed downloading.
The only thing I would suggest here is to change the "Open when completed" message on hover after clicking it to "Cancel opening file" so that the user knows that clicking it again will not open the file when completed.

I think it would better to plus add an "Open when completed" check box in download item's context menu.
