In order to work more efficiently, I'd like to apply for CVS check-in permission
of mozilla. My current contributions are: 

bug 121251 [gtk2] gtk2 needs drag and drop

bug 175947 port 123389's fix from gtk1 to gtk2: copy&paste between
mozilla&openoffice
           check in   r=blizzard
bug 161634 [ps] envvar should not be freed after PR_SetEnv(first patch by
Roland, I push it)
           check in   r=dcone    sr=bzbarsky
bug 138643 bogus |ctime| prototype breaks static+debug build
           fixed in patch for bug 166773
bug 123933 [Xlib] Clipboard is unuseable
           has working patch

Louie: If you can please fill out the CVS Contributor Form and return it me, we
can get the process started.  I see you had a voucher post in your bug, now you
will have to get 3 SRs to do the same.

Louie writes good code, as far as I can tell, and follows review comments well
(the unfortunate build issues in bug 144664 excluded).

sr=bzbarsky, but bryner is the person who has super-reviewed the major patch
Louie wrote and I would like it if he were one of the other two srs.
