- When the user attempts to zoom in on a PDF document and then uses the function to draw, he will notice that the cursor movement is not properly captured and usually results in an incorrect drawing.

- Affected platforms: Windows 10 x32, Windows 10 x64, Mac OS, Ubuntu 22

Steps to reproduce
- Load a PDF document in the browser
- Zoom in about 500%
- Click "Draw" button
- Draw a few signatures
Expected result
- The signatures are properly drawn
Actual result
- The signatures are improperly drawn
Regression range
- The draw function is a relatively new implementation; The issue is not a regression.
Additional notes
- This issue does not occur when in 100% zoom.
- This issue occurs a little less after waiting some time, but still not as one would expect.
- This could be a performance issue.

I noticed something similar on macOS 11. If I already have some custom text input or drawings on the pdf and I increase the zoom-in level the text input and drawings disappear and I'm unable to add new text or drawings until they get rendered back on the pdf (but this seems to take a very long time).
