We need to use GWorlds for image drawing on Mac, for speed and versitility. Need
to change nsIImage.h to have lock and unlock calls.

If you don't have any horrible crashes loading image-heavy pages, then you can
mark this verified.

Loaded lots of heavy-image pages, with no particular horrible crashes *
immediately* after page load.
